Joe has also participated in many tournaments that include Monster Shark, Mako Mania, White Marlin Open, Mid-Atlantic 500, Mid-Atlantic Rockfish Shootout, and many other striped bass tournaments on the ASA Striper Trail. Captain Mike Sisto

Captain Mike Sisto is a USCG licensed captain, who is the owner and operator of Jersey Key Charters. He grew up local to the Raritan Bay and has been fishing it for 20 years. Mike has expanded his fishing experience by working on boats that allowed him to fish the Florida Keys, Bahamas, Virginia Beach, and Montauk. He has combined these various fishing skills and techniques with his own local knowledge, which allow him to bring many different styles to each trip. Mike has also been heavily active in tournament fishing with Contender Boats, including the White Marlin Open, Beach Haven White Marlin Open, Mid Atlantic 500, Mako Mania, Brett Bailey, and several Florida sailfish tournaments. All anglers that fish with Capt. Mike will have clean, top-of-the-line tackle, and a hard working crew to put you on fish!
Captain Rick Woerner

Captain Rick Woerner is a Masters Licensed U.S.C.G Captain, who is the owner and operator of Carnivore Sport Fishing, a 31 ft. Ocean Master CC, out of Keyport, New Jersey. Captain Rick is a third generation owner of a family marina in Sewaren, New Jersey. This is where Rick grew up acquiring local knowledge of the anglers from the Raritan Bay which included his father, a former charter captain of The Eagle in the 70’s. His love for the water led him to the Coast Guard where he served until 2002. Soon after, he purchased his first boat and got started working inshore for stripers, weakfish and fluke. These days Rick can be found from the back-bay to the canyon edges, fishing for every species in between, from stripers to big eye tuna. Whether he is taking out charters or fishing with his team; Capt. Rick gets on the water as much as possible. He recently got started on the seminar circuit at the NJ Boat Show in Edison where he spoke about catching BIG fluke in the back bays of New Jersey. Along with being written up in the Star Ledger Rick and his team have placed in several local tournaments, most recently taking 2nd in the 2014 JCAA annual fluke tournament, landing him on the Aug 2014 cover of The Fisherman Magazine. Captain Rick is also a Pro Staff Captain for Costa Sunglasses.

Paul is a third-generation fisherman and has been fishing since he was a child: “I grew up doing this. My father was a fisherman, and my five brothers do it. My mother does it. It’s all I know. It’s like growing up on a farm, and knowing about cows. I grew up knowing bluefin."
"When I was 4, my dad used to set me up next to him in a chair while he went harpooning.” While some fishermen go through entire careers without even daring to tackle the mighty bluefin, Paul caught his first one at the tender age of 8, using a handline. “It was 1,100 pounds!” he recalls.

Dave has been fishing the Jersey Shore since 1970. Since 1998, he has been targeting everything from striped bass to bluefin tuna on his charter boat Hi Flier that sails from Waretown, NJ. Dave and the Hi Flier have been featured in numerous articles in SaltWater Sportsman, Sport Fishing, The Fisherman, and On the Water magazines. Although he targets a wide variety of species, he is especially adept at back bay weakfish (sea trout) and bonita and albacore fishing at the offshore lumps. He has a complete arsenal of AVETS that have caught fish in Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Florida Keys, Baja,the Bahamas, and most of the Eastern Seaboard.

Derek is a USCG licensed 100 ton captain. Derek has always had a passion for the water and an instinct for landing fish and can be found daily running his 31' contender center console around the waters of Sandy Hook.
From winter flounder in the rivers and bay, to live lining adult bunker for trophy striped bass, and jigging in the canyons for bluefin and yellowfins, Derek makes the most of his time on the water looking for trophy fish for his clients and himself. He has personally landed 5 striped bass over 50 pounds and 8 doormat fluke over 10 pounds. Derek continues to have the driving ambition to look for bigger and better fish, mixing new techniques with old reliable ones.
